I love this cheese as a perfect lunchtime high energy food for ultralight multi day Hiking. It’s light, delicious and filling I have recommended it to everyone I know who likes to hike light.
The products I purchased are so delicious. Both the Freeze Dried Tasty Cheddar and the Cheese Crumb are the perfect additions to my snacks and meal inclusions.
I travel a lot but I love my cheese snacks as a small treat while I am on the road. This snack doesn’t weigh a lot because it is freeze-dried. It doesn’t take up lots of space like fresh cheese, nor does it require any refrigeration. It’s such a great way to ensure that I am snacking right, even when in the most remote places.
