Forager Providore Freeze Dried Black Cherry look just like fresh, without the Cherry stone, only they have a crunchy texture and amazing concentrated flavour. They retain their colour and do not shrink in size - we simply remove all the water during the drying process. They can be stored in your pantry and have a 2 year shelf life.
Perfect for topping off deserts, making smoothies, sprinkling on ice cream or eating straight from the bag.

Good but not great as when I first tried it. I think air may have possibly gotten into the bags? I have opened 5 out of the 12 bags and 3 of them were partially soft and chewy.
Amazingly yummy and such a treat! I've always loved Tassie Cherries especially black ones. Now i get to enjoy them even if they are no longer in season!
We really enjoyed the freeze-dried cherries. They are crunchy and sweet and make a great snack.
Love the dried cherries.
