Forager Providore Freeze Dried Black Cherry look just like fresh, without the Cherry stone, only they have a crunchy texture and amazing concentrated flavour. They retain their colour and do not shrink in size - we simply remove all the water during the drying process. They can be stored in your pantry and have a 2 year shelf life.
Perfect for topping off deserts, making smoothies, sprinkling on ice cream or eating straight from the bag.
100 grams of freeze dried cherries is the equivalent of 1,000g of fresh, cherries!

Of it still have the seed in it. So safe way to serve them is to crack them in half
I love these cherries! I can't eat many cherries due to fodmap sensitivity so having a source that doesn't go off is fantastic. I can eat just a couple and enjoy the flavour. Occasionally the pits are still in, so be careful when eating.
