While the beetroot chips may appear darker in color, we can confirm that our freeze-drying process uses no heat levels that would cause burning. After conducting a detailed sensory analysis as part of our Quality Assurance checks, we can confidently state that the chips, while darker in appearance, do not taste burnt.
However, if you’re still not fully satisfied with the beetroot chips, we would be more than happy to offer you a refund.
